What's included in the fee?

How does Early Bird work?

Early Bird is the first 10 paid seats per departure (first 5 for China Unlocked). Standard pricing applies after those seats fill. Prices are per person unless your Booking Form says otherwise.

How does booking work?

Enquire with who travels and which program. We issue a Booking Form and terms — a place is held when the Form is accepted and any required payment clears. Settlement only on the official tour invoice.

What about group size?

Target cohort size is typically 12–25. Thin departures may merge, postpone, or cancel per terms; if we cancel, payment handling follows the Booking Form.
